150 mm (6 inch) Borewell Submersible Pumpsets
C.R.I. 150 mm (6") Borewell Submersible pumpsets are powered by water filled, rewindable submersible motor suitable for continuous duty. The stator is wound with special water proof synthetic film insulated copper winding wires and made up of low watt loss silicon steel laminations assembled under pressure and rigidly locked in stainless steel stator shell. T-Bolt design in all motors ensures rigid construction. Specially designed high performance thrust bearings (SS with Carbon) are used to withstand axial thrust loads.

175mm (7") 200mm (8") & 250mm (10")Borewell Submersible Pumps

This 175mm & 200mm submersible pumpsets are supplied with 150mm (6") motor combination and for 250mm (10") submersible pumpsets supplied with 200mm (8") motor combination only.

Openwell Submersible Pumpsets
C.R.I. Openwell Submersible pumpsets are ideally suitable for openwells or tanks where a wide fluctuation of water level occur. This work under water and rest at the bottom of the well. Prime mover is rewindable, water-cooled motor. Specially designed water lubricated bearings are used to withstand axial thrust loads with minimum wear and tear. The stator is wound with special water proof synthetic film insulated copper winding wires and made up of low watt loss silicon steel laminations assembled under pressure and rigidly locked. Motor sealing is made by polymers, ‘O’ rings, oil seals and sand guard to avoid ingress of well water / sand into the motor. Pressure equalizing rubber diaphragm is provided to guard the pressure and volume variation of water inside motor. Motor must be filled with clear, cold, drinking water as detailed in our operator’s manual. Three -phase motor requires an adequate motor protection control panel.

Centrifugal Monoblock Pumps
C.R.I. Centrifugal Monoblock pumpsets are powered by a totally enclosed fan cooled AC induction two pole motor. Motor stator is made of low watt loss silicon steel laminations assembled under pressure and rigidly locked in the frame. The windings are of high-grade enameled copper wire and are varnish impregnated. Construction of motor frame and usage of quality materials result in high performance and low temperature rise thereby increasing the life cycle of the motor.

Submersible Flat Cables
C.R.I. cables are manufactured to Indian standards that generally conforms to IS 694. High Conductivity Annealed and Bunched flexible Copper conductors are made from electrolytic bright copper twisted together and insulated with Double Layer Protection. It is made up of special grade PVC Compound which gives high resistance in insulation. Cables are sheathed with special grade of PVC Compound which makes them impervious to water,grease, oil. This makes the cables more durable with increased life and uncompromising performance at all the times irrespective of any fluctuations. These cables are sequentially marked at one-metre intervals for convenience. Available nominal sizes in square millimetres are 1.0, 1.5, 2.5, 4.0, 6.0, 10.0 & 16.0
