C.R.I. Centrifugal Monoblock pumpsets are powered by a totally enclosed fan cooled AC induction two pole motor. Motor stator is made of low watt loss silicon steel laminations assembled under pressure and rigidly locked in the frame. The windings are of high-grade enameled copper wire and are varnish impregnated. Construction of motor frame and usage of quality materials result in high performance and low temperature rise thereby increasing the life cycle of the motor.

Regenerative Self priming Monoblock Pumps
C.R.I. Regenerative Selfpriming Monoblock pumpsets are with inbuilt check valve on the suction side and there is no need for foot valve. Pumpsets are powered by a totally enclosed fan cooled, AC induction two pole and four pole motors suitable for continuous duty. Motor stator is made of low watt loss steel lamination. Construction of motor frame and usage of quality materials result in high performance and low temperature raise, thereby increasing the life cycle of the motor.

Deep Well Jet Centrifugal Pumpsets
C.R.I. Deep well Jet Centrifugal pumpsets volute chamber and impellers are designed to give the best possible hydraulic efficiency and suction lift characteristics. These pumpsets are powered by a totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) and screen protected drip proof (SPDP), AC induction two pole motor suitable for continuous duty. Motor stator is made of low watt loss silicon steel laminations. The windings are of high-grade enameled copper wire and are varnish impregnated. Construction of motor frames and usage of quality materials result in high performance and low temperature rise thereby increasing the life cycle of the motor.
C.R.I. Deep well Jet Centrifugal are available in twin type and packer type versions. Packer type is suitable for 50mm and 75mm borewells and twin type is suitable for borewells with a diameter of 75mm and above. In twin type jet pumpsets, there are two pipes viz. suction pipe and pressure pipe which connects the jet assembly to the pump. Pressurised water flows through the pressure pipe to the nozzle from the pump casing. Water sucked through the footvalve and the water passing through the nozzle mix together and flow through the suction pipe into the pump, and for packer type Jet pumps, the casing of tube well does the function of pressure pipe, ie. pressurised water flows through the tube well casing and enters the nozzle. Hence, one pipe is eliminated.

Jet Self Priming Pumpsets - CJS Series
C.R.I. Jet self priming pumpsets pump casing and ejector unit are designed carefully to give the best possible hydraulic efficiency and suction lift characteristics. These pumpsets are powered by a totally enclosed fan cooled AC induction motor, suitable for continuous duty. Motor stator is made of low watt loss steel laminations assembled under pressure and rigidly locked in the frame. The varnish impregnated windings made of enameled copper wire offer excellent resistance.

Non -self priming model is with end suction and radial delivery.

Openwell Submersible Pumpset CSS / CVS / LTK Series
C.R.I. Openwell Submersible Pumpsets are Ideally suitable for Openwells or Tanks where a wide fluctuation of water level occur. This work under water and rest at the Bottom of the well or Tank. Hence Suction and Priming problem will not arise. The optimal design of impellers and diffusers enables the best possible hydraulic efficiency. Motor sealing is made by polymers, ‘O’ rings, oil seals and sand guard to avoid ingress of well water / sand into the motor. Pressure equalizing rubber diaphragm is provided to guard the pressure and volume variation of water inside motor. Motor must be filled with clear, cold, drinking water as detailed in our operator’s manual. Three -phase motor requires an adequate motor protection control panel.

Submersible Flat Cables
C.R.I. cables are manufactured to Indian standards that generally conforms to IS 694. High Conductivity Annealed and Bunched flexible Copper conductors are made from electrolytic bright copper twisted together and insulated with Double Layer Protection. It is made up of special grade PVC Compound which gives high resistance in insulation. Cables are sheathed with special grade of PVC Compound which makes them impervious to water,grease, oil. This makes the cables more durable with increased life and uncompromising performance at all the times irrespective of any fluctuations. These cables are sequentially marked at one-metre intervals for convenience. Available nominal sizes in square millimetres are 1.0, 1.5, 2.5, 4.0, 6.0, 10.0 & 16.0
